We want you to love your purchase from Style District Co! If you’re not completely satisfied, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.
To be eligible for a return:
Your item must be unused, unworn, and in the original packaging.
Proof of purchase is required (order number or receipt).
The following items cannot be returned:
Personalized or custom-made items (e.g., engraved jewelry, message card items).
Gift cards.
Sale items (if marked final sale).
We replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, email us at styledistrictcoadmin@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the issue.
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within [5–10 business days].
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping may be deducted unless the return is due to our error.
